1. Early-stage service

RewardsMate is preparing for pilot and early customer testing. Features, screens, retailer availability, reward rules and launch timing may change before wider release.

2. Illustrative content

Store names, ratings, offers, distances, balances and transaction examples displayed in product previews may be illustrative. Illustrative content does not confirm that a business currently participates in RewardsMate.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not:

• Interfere with website security or availability
• Submit false, unlawful or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload the website
• Upload harmful code
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

4. Store suggestions

Submitting a store suggestion does not create a partnership, guarantee retailer participation or authorise RewardsMate to act on behalf of that business.

5. Intellectual property

The RewardsMate name, logo, website design, application previews, written content and related intellectual property belong to the applicable RewardsMate or Shopper's Mate entity or its licensors.

6. Third-party websites

Links to participating retailers, service providers or the Shopper's Mate website may lead to separately operated websites with their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue website content or early-access features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardsMate is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on illustrative website content, unavailable pilot features or third-party websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes relating to these Terms.
