Your RewardsMate points form one universal balance. Store offers are separate promotions created for a particular business, product, location or campaign period.

Privacy and trust

One universal balance
Your eligible points are stored in one RewardsMate balance, not in separate balances for every store.
Retailer-level privacy
Participating retailers can access identifiable activity connected to their own business. Cross-store insights should be aggregated or de-identified unless appropriate consent applies.
Customer controls
Manage communication preferences, followed stores and relevant privacy choices from your account.
No sale of identifiable purchase data
RewardsMate is not designed to sell identifiable customer purchase histories to unrelated advertisers.
What happens after a refund?
When an eligible transaction is refunded, points earned from that transaction may be reversed. Any RewardsMate points used on the refunded purchase are restored to the customer's universal balance. Cash or card amounts are refunded by the retailer through its normal payment process.
If a retailer leaves the network
If a participating retailer leaves the RewardsMate network, it will stop issuing and accepting RewardsMate points. Points already added to a customer's universal balance are not removed simply because the original retailer leaves the network.

RewardsMate is preparing for pilot access.
We are preparing an initial Brisbane pilot with selected participating businesses and early customers. Joining early access registers your interest but does not guarantee immediate availability.

Participating retailers may receive relevant information only when you interact with their store. Marketing updates are optional.
