How it works
One card. Clear rewards at every store.
Use the same RewardsMate QR card wherever RewardsMate is accepted. Each participating retailer keeps its own points balance and funds its own rewards, so you always know where your points came from and where your reward can be used.
Scan before checkout
Open your RewardsMate card and let the retailer scan your QR code before the transaction is completed.
Earn there. Use it there.
Eligible points are added to that retailer's balance. When you reach the reward threshold, the reward can be used at the retailer that issued it.

Rewards are held with the store that issued them. When your balance at a store reaches 1,000 points, a $10 reward unlocks for use at that same store.

How the pilot reward works
During the pilot, points are tracked separately for each participating retailer. Under the standard pilot reward, 1,000 eligible points earned with a retailer unlock a $10 reward for use at that same retailer.
- One RewardsMate membership can be used at multiple participating stores.
- Each retailer has a separate points balance.
- Points cannot be moved between retailers.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Returns or refunds may reverse points earned from the original purchase.
- Minimum spend, expiry and eligible-product rules are shown before redemption.
- Reward availability can differ by retailer.
Cross-store reward redemption is not part of the initial pilot.
