Early Access Terms

1. Registration

Submitting an early-access registration records your interest but does not guarantee selection, access, launch availability or participation in a particular testing round.

2. Eligibility

RewardsMate may select participants based on location, device compatibility, pilot capacity, participating retailer availability and testing needs.

3. Product changes

Early-access features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed or removed. Screens and functionality may differ from website previews.

4. Illustrative retailers and offers

Businesses and offers displayed in previews may be fictional or illustrative unless expressly identified as participating pilot retailers.

5. Feedback

Participants may provide comments, suggestions and usability feedback. RewardsMate may use that feedback to improve its products without an obligation to compensate the participant.

RewardsMate does not claim ownership of a participant's pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Communications

Operational messages relating to an early-access application may be sent as necessary to process the registration.

Marketing and product-update messages require the separate marketing-consent selection shown on the form.

7. No payment

Submitting interest or participating in ordinary early-access testing does not create employment, contractor or payment entitlement unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

8. Removal from testing

RewardsMate may suspend access where necessary for security, misuse, technical issues or pilot administration.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through early access is handled according to the RewardsMate Privacy Policy. Read the Privacy Policy

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
