Reward's Mate legal
Store loyalty
This page explains how store loyalty is described in the Reward's Mate pilot. It is a product explanation, not a binding loyalty contract. Any contractual store-loyalty terms need founder approval and qualified legal review before they are published.
1. What store loyalty is
Loyalty belongs to each participating store. A business may offer its own stamp or punch card in the Reward's Mate iPhone app. Cards, rules and eligibility stay with that store.
2. What it is not
Reward's Mate does not run a cross-store points program. There is no universal balance, network earn rate, Reward's Mate-wide redemption or QR checkout program. Those ideas have been retired and are not a published roadmap.
3. Availability in the pilot
Not every listed business offers loyalty. A listing in the app is not proof that a store has a live card. Store loyalty depends on each participating business and may be shown as a pilot demonstration where a current screen exists.
4. Stamps stay with one store
You cannot use one store's stamps or card progress at another store. Reward's Mate does not convert store cards into a shared currency.
5. No program terms yet
This page does not set earning rates, stamp thresholds, expiry rules or redemption rights. If a participating store later offers a live card, the applicable store rules and any approved Reward's Mate terms will be published before that offer is treated as contractual.
